Hi Everyone
I can't believe this event is in less than 2 weeks.

This email is a call for:
Volunteers at the event
Fold Up Tables to borrow for the event...and
Pop up tents to borrow for the event

Please email me directly rebecca.meier@sympatico.ca if you can 
help out or have a tent or table to lend.

Volunteers, we are aiming to meet at the pit at 7:30.  This will 
allow us to get the course and infrastructure set up to start 
registration/ prerides by 8:30 to 8:45

Thanks to all those who volunteered - and great job doing it!  
We had a record 137 riders and even with a few hiccups such as 
radios not working it went well.

Results and a link to hundreds of photos are now available on 
this website which a parent created. (Kupka we still want to add 
your photos)
